Rehabilitation of railway line Brasov - Simeria, part of Pan-European Corridor IV, for trains with a maximum speed of 160 km / h – Section: Sighisoara – Coslariu section for the administrative-territorial units (ATU): Valea Lunga, Blaj Municipality; Craciunelu Commune, Mihalt commune - LOT 1.

NEED:

The intabulation of the land expropriated in order to elaborate the expropriation documentation of properties/lands affected by the rehabilitation of the railway line Brasov – Simeria

MAIN DELIVERABLES:

• Identifying the owners of expropriated areas, achieving lots of plans endorsed by the mayor and the assessments
• Giving to the beneficiary the documents regarding the closing of intabulation, the cadastral plan indicating expropriated properties, the annexation corridor already owned and managed by the Romanian Ministry of Transport
• Delivering the lists of owners affected by expropriation
• Delivering the documentation and approval of final or temporary removal from agricultural / forestry domain
